Elizabeth Bayles has dedicated the last fourteen years of her career in communications and international affairs. Since 1990, she has been working closely with the governments of Mexico, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Japan, Germany, and Russia to attract investors to those regions. By introducing North American chief executives and other influential executives to their foreign counterparts, Ms. Bayles has helped pave the way for joint ventures and long-term investment. In 1996, E.Bayles & Associates was approached by German publishing giant Dr. Hubert Burda, Burda Holding to create awareness Focus magazine worldwide. Ms. Bayles launched the publication at The World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. More than 300 of the world's leading decision makers attended. From 1989 to 1994, E.Bayles & Associates produced and marketed Chief Executive magazine's centerpiece--40 roundtable discussions and forums--and has gained a worldclass reputation. The format and content of the meetings offered a rare opportunity for key decision makers to gain a deeper understanding of the strategic issues facing today's businesses. Before moving to the United States in 1984, Ms Bayles lived in Geneva and Paris where she served as a liaison between 15 collaborating countries on environmental and educational projects for the United Nations. She has also lived in Tel Aviv, Israel. While there, Ms. Bayles worked in international affairs and public relations and assisted Burton Halpern International in the media planning of the Sadat/Begin Peace Talks. She is a graduate of London University, England. |
